Has anyone installed one of these? Went to do it today and could not get 2 of the 4 wires installed per instructions. Went to the point of even "de-pinning" one of the wires to see if I could get the probe installed. Bailed on it once It seemed as though it wasn't going to work. Thinking I could have just spliced the wires in the harness. Curious how others, if any, have done this. All the hardware seems very professional and well done.
