Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Does anyone know what the email naming scheme is inside Porsche? I have a problematic 1999 C4. They sent up there top service guy in the country to work on my car. He was unable to correct the problems. Now he has become unreachable via phone or fax. I'm trying to figure out his email address. This is how I have beed treated by Porsche Cars North America. This is my third 911. I have been driving them since 1999. Porsche customer service is terrible... As I'm searching for car my forth C4 I'm asking myself WHY! If anyone else has has a bad Porsche experiance I would love to hear how you resolved it... If anyone knows how to contact someone at Porsche other then thru customer care please let me know. Regards, Scott

POST 2Original post

Why don't you just call him and leave a message. If he does not get back to you in 24 hours, call back and ask for the National Service Manager (as I recall, his name is Dave Smith but I'd ask the receptionist). Leave him a message and wait 24 hours. Then just keep moving up to the new President. If you can get an administrative assistant on the phone, they can get the ball rolling. They are the ones with the real power anyway Good luck. Roy

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The main number to PCNA get you to certain places. The receptionist is not one of them. :-( I tried yesterday... Customer Commitment will not pass you along either...
