Hello does anyone know what this frunk carpet hole for on 03+ awd cars? Is there a plug or anything that goes there? My car is an 01 turbo and doesnt have the hole or the emergency latch. But i believe the 01 style is discontinued.
IIRR in 2002 all cars sold in USA needed an inside truck emergency release. It came about because of some guy named Guido' in NYC...

Round hole in the bottom is the mount point for the Bose subwoofer amp. And I always thought Guido was from Jersey....
