I have a full stoneguard kit on the car. I dont follow trucks closely. I only have 5000 miles on the car and my headlight lenses look like hell. What I don't understand is that our lights are slanted back so far that you would think they wouldn't be so subject to chips. Just for fun I looked at a van in this parking lot with these massive flat headlights and this van was at least 5+ years old and I couldn't find a chip. Hey Porsche, how about replaceable headlight lenses...... Thanks all BTW, I know there are kits for the headlights, but I thought the orange peel in the 3m stoneguard would alter the lighting, any thoughts

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have Clear X-Pel kit on my headlights.
Itzkirb, Does it alter the beam pattern on the litronics??
I have X-pel too and it works well. It does not alter the beam pattern. The only complaint is that it is starting to form little bubbles within the glue area between the lense and the 3M film. I had the same problem on my 2001 Audi S4, but X-pel service provided me with a new pair. Both happened within a year. For contrast, the ones on my Mercedes are fine and it has been over four years. I am not affiliated with the companies. I purchased from both sites at different times. Compare prices because I found Weathertech carried the same product for slightly less. www.xpel.com or www.weathertech.com
oh that hurts! actually the light kit is the best part of the kit since u don't see it at all. to bad u didn't have it
