I've seen some I-forged on an E46 M3 and it looked awesome. I figured 996's although not wide body can still display a pretty good sized lips. Any input??

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

these are GF-1's from GFG, fully forged, plated and made in the USA....I have a good friend in SanJose that has them IN STOCK and will make you a deal! http://www.giovannawheels.com/gfg/gfg_gf15.html I know that the rears have a 3" lip and the frt are 2" weighs in around 26.5 lbs
Those are really nice wheels! Why didn't you get them?? BTW, what did you pay for your SSR's?
Klick the "K" for Kahn on this web site http://www.v12online.com I have their 19" RS-C 2 piece fitted. They are, well in the words of the American tongue "AWSOME!" If you follow the links to Project Kahn you will see my car under Porsche RSC-2. There is a US distributor: EdgeRacing.com
Have you SEEN the depth that they can make for our narrow bodied cars.....unbelieveable....check out itzkirbs hobbystage site..he took so pics at the german autofest this summer.....DEEEP DISH heaven....in SoCal
I think most of the deep dished rim pictures are from Turbo's...Widebodies..
thats is true...but Ive talked to both companies and the difference is 1/2 an inch...they can do some pretty cool stuff to the offsets to make it work, guaranteed.....you just gotta spend the dough though$$$
Thanks for all of your input. I've been seeing a lot of M3's with nice wide lips, I definately like the HRE's but they seem to cost more than an arm and a leg. But then again, you get what you pay for. I like these but they're just not Deep enough.
HOW??
Its ALL in the offsets the car was built within...and the fact that we all have HUGE brakes! PAG tries to engineer the widest "track" that provides stability AND a sporting nature (why not, it s a Porsche) and that really starts to eat into the amount of LIP that manufacturers can CREATE into the design of the wheel......dont forget to check out FIKSE...they can do so really nice MESH designs too.
