no. PSE is louder for sure. however, GT3 has more mechanical noises and the exhaust is more raspy at idle. WOT at 5k rpm, both sounds good, but for me, the PSE seems to be louder.

The GT3 does have a louder and raspier exhaust note at idle. The PSE is a bit more muted but lower and more bassy. This tonal quality difference is carried into the higher revs, both under load and free revving, but the PSE does seem louder at higher revs.
