Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have seen several discussions on the board relating to this but none have explained how you actually get to the cluster. Does anyone have instructions to dismantle it including how to get the leather housing on the dash off in the first place? Cheers

POST 2Original post

sure, YOu pop off the hazard switch and it's trim and there is a torx behind that. Next you pop off the microphone cover and there is a torx behind that. Then you pull the enire. cluster up, remove the cam locks and pull the cluster out and flop it over as the hazard is attached and have at it.
