Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anyone know what rear bumper this is? Is there one to fit a 996 4S, (with standard 2 outlet exhaust, OEM lid & spoiler)? I like the vents on this bumper, seems like a good idea. In a separate question, I have the PCCM in C4S ('04). No CD changer, missing the Navi CD, etc. I really don't care so much. I would rather listen to music from USB memory stick or FM. I don't need the absolute best Rocket-Science-Johnny-WizzBang sound. Normal, or improved with different speakers also an option. It could be BT enabled, but not that necessary. Touch screen optional, probably don't need it cuz they are too big. Also, could be single DIN, get rid of the CD-tray cluster thingy, move A/C up, or leave something empty in a "cubbie". I am not an electronic nut, rather low on the chase wires scale, KISS mostly, as simple as possible. Maybe make the whole radio thing fit, not obvious or ostentatious, 996ish. Maybe I don't explain well, but not a "sound " fanatic. I like a quiet car, so maybe add sound insulation in doors? Any suggestions appreciated. YMMV

Thats a 997 GT3 RS style bumper, and I only know of one product that is meant for the 996 models. Unfortunately, its not meant for wide-bodied 996s, but if you know someone skilled at body modifications, then it may be possible to fit it onto your car. https://www.betterbodiesmotorsport.c...44957588095272
