Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

9 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

A buddy of mine just bought a new MY14 C2 Cab in dark blue metallic (a color he had a heck of a time finding.) I showed this picture of it to the wife and she asked me if it was the same year model as my ocean blue 99 and how much he paid for it. Hmmm as long as I stick with blue . . . . . . ? I guess I'm feeling a little smug given what he paid for it. One thing I'd do is lower it somehow there's a good 2" from those 20's to his wheel well openings.

POST 2Original post

Porsche 911 looks the same to all non-911 owners. To non-car people 996 may look like a brand new 911. The mystique of the 911 is certainly alive and well. I had a good chuckle when during recent real estate deal the LO valued my 996 at $35,000.00.

POST 3Original post

Park them side by side and you'll see the behemoth 991 vs the lean 996.

POST 4Original post

You gotta bust his ***** for being "cheap" and not getting the yellow caliper option. LOL

POST 5Original post

^ That would've taken him over $100 large...lol

You guys are killing me! My excuse is I bought the car with the calipers already painted yellow!

POST 7Original post

Frankly, I don't see $80k difference in those cars, except for the odometer. (and I like your wheels better)
