So a while back I took out the clutch "helper" spring and while the feel of the clutch is much better, I have still yet to develop leg muscles that can handle stop and go traffic. To that end, I'm about to purchase 6 springs ( http://www.mcmaster.com/#9657k142/=r5e67h for $9.53 + shipping) and put one of them in the helper spring shell. Does anyone have an interest in the other 5 springs if I do make the purchase? Or does anyone have an extra one around I can buy? Cheers.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

There is a very long thread about this on this forum. If you do a search it will come up and if you read through towards the end there is a home depot item number for a spring that's only a few bucks that other members have used and liked.
Thanks 996pp. must have missed that. I read most of the thread but not to the very end. it would be great to get a spring from HD. https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...matically.html
My spring was broken when I bought my car so for 4 years I drove not knowing any different. Now that it is fixed all I can say is : hope you don't have to drive in traffic...
