Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

nobody in a 996 with bad cats? I do not believe that
In your other (997) add it says these will need a modification to fit but you are not responsible.......here you say they will fit. I think no one is interested because there are inconsistency's. I'm confused.
First sign something is over prices is when a seller compares his used part price to the new one from Porsche.

how is listing the rrp of an item ridiculous. nobody realizes just how expensive oem cats are. yes they are $5,000.00 if you are such a big boy go to a dealer with $100 bills and pick up a set. People on ebay are selling them for double what I am asking. I paid nearly $3,000 for my aftermarket cats. look up the part numbers - 997.113.036.04 and 997.113.035.04

$750 seems reasonable. 997.113.036.04 - MSRP: $2,418.99 - parts.com: $1,814.24 - sunset imports: EVEN LESS You can buy new from Porsche (with warranty) if you don't live in Oregon or Washington state for around the same ($3k). eBay is a fools paradise!

I am posting this to help you guys who have high mileage cars and your cats went bad. yes for the millionth time they can be made to fit - but that's on you. I am not a Porsche shop I am a private individual.. so its on you to make them work. please only post if you want to buy. don't need them dony buy them!
if thats the price for cats I will let mine go for less than that haha! I didnt think cats were worth a crap after more than 500 miles were put on them in terms of resale value.
