Trying to get my project car back on the road and need complete headlight assemblies. I've seen countless posts on people upgrading from halogens to xenons so I would think somebody out there has an old set of halogens that they might want to sell?? This is for an '03 model, so I need the newer style. I've seen a few sets on eBay but thought I would try on here first. and yes, I will go back to xenons one day, but can't afford to shell out that much cash right now.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Good luck with that. mk2 lights either don't come up often or are usually quite a bit of $$$ for ones in good shape. You might wanna start searching the various salvage yards out there. I guess us MK1 owners are lucky enough to double our inventory due to stupid Boxster owners always crashing their cars.
There are a few on some sites out there, and i've read countless threads on here about people switching to the xenons so i figure somebody has got to have them sitting on a shelf! Most halogens are running about $300-400 a pair and the bi Xenons are sitting about 1,300-1,400 a pair.
