Hi all; I just received my 01 cab, after waiting quite a while for it to make it from CO to WA. On my first test drive, I hear a beeping noise while giving it some good hard gas. I'm not sure, but it may be as I shift gears. Any ideas? Unfortunatly, the manual did not come with the car, (dealer is getting me one) so I'm without the ability to RTFM. Other than that, the car is as advertised and I'm ready to roll! Thanks all! JT

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Could it be the speed "gong" you're talking about. If activated at determined MPH it will "gong" on you. Regards. Mike
Yes, thanks, I figured it out on my last drive. And your right, it's more of a gong than a beep. It was set at 45 mph, so I was hitting it fairly often. Thanks!
