Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've a 2000 C4, when I spray the windscreen washers no water comes through the jets and it all pours into the drivers side wheel well. i had the same issue fixed about 6 months after I bought the car under warranty. It looks to me like one of the rubber hoses has come off the pump. Does anyone know where the access point is for the pump, do you go down from above at the filler cap or in from the side in the wheel well. I couldn't see tonight as its dark but I'll hopefully get in about it at the weekend. regards Cammy

POST 2Original post

The tank is under the left fender. You remove the black plastic wheel well liner to get to it. Need a better clamp for the hose - a common problem. Jeff
