Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Took my 4S back to dealer today. Loan to be paid off in full. Got an '03 TT ordered, but despite "priority" delivery I won't have her til Feb or March 03. So I have a rental car arranged....for 3 months How will I live without a Porsche? Anyhow....I still can't decide on a color! I really don't want the same Lapis/Grey. The Cobalt strikes me as quite sharp. But black/black has an appeal, too. *sigh* Decisions.....

POST 2Original post

I saw a seal gray/cinnamon TT in town yesterday, not a combination I would have thought of but I have to say it looked really great, it had seal gray center console which provided great contrast. Just an idea.

POST 3Original post

I definately love the Seal Grey, but I dont like bright colors in general.

POST 4Original post

Seal Grey, I love it...very easy to maintain! Check mine out HERE I would go with either cinnamon brown or black interior. However, carbon fiber is lovely and just doesn't mesh well with cinnamon. Good luck! Dan

POST 5Original post

WOW...congrats on you decision on the Turbo. FWIW, there is no better color than silver to show off the subtle curves etc. Wish I had the b*lls to ask my wife if we could turn in the 02 Cab for a new TT Cab Granted this is Polar Silver, but the effect is still there. I know these are GT2's, but you can't beat the color..

POST 6Original post

Here are a few: Dark Forest Green with Natural Brown Slate Gray with Natural Brown Polar Silver with Natural Gray or Met. Blue I have seen all these in person and all are stunning Nice Problem to have....glad you got out of the soup!

POST 7Original post

Good for you, you were probably never going to love that other car. The widebody cars look spectacular in Midnight Blue, although tough to say which interior color is best with it. Personally, if I did a gray or silver car I would get red leather, but with body color carpets and either painted or grey leather accents such as the rear console.

POST 8Original post

Why not being unique instead? For example Guards Red/Black, looked pretty cool on that Excellence GT2 vs. 73 911 RS test. Black/black works well though but like I said, try to be unique, IMO, there are just too many silver Porsche out there.

Urbanski, buy yerself a pickup -you live in Texas.Plus, when you buy one you'll get to help your friends and family when they move! Some ballsy people(friends of your wife/girlfriend that you don't know very well) will even ask to borrow it from time to time! Good luck w/ the TT. I ordered an '03 c-2 coupe(powerkit, arctic silver,M030,etc..) in early Oct.after selling my beautiful '01 coupe to the dealer.I've been to the therapist twice but discontinued therapy when I learned that my new one will be here in Dec! I feel yer pain - Blustem

The wife has told me no on any red, and does not like black/black either... cobalt anyone??

POST 12Original post

Cobalt is very nice, the Scot on the site with deviating everything has a terrific setup. A LOT easier to keep up than the dark blues or black, too. I love my Ocean Blue car, but it must be the most infuriating color to maintain ever conceived. One speck of dust and it looks filthy from 100 feet away, after a drive in the rain and it looks as though it's ready to be parted out.

POST 13 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

[quote]Originally posted by MJones: $4315 Gets the color of your choice

Cobalt (and other special order colors I assume) is only a $2245 option on the TT (almost a grand less than non-TT).

POST 14Original post

Last year, 46% of the new 911's ordered were in Arctic Silver or Seal Grey. Also, 74% of all 911's were ordered in some form of silver or black. Cobalt blue looks stunning in person.

POST 15Original post

Urbanski, Congrats on the upcoming turbo! It must have been really tough dropping off the C4S, although I know you had a few problems with it. Cobalt blue would be a stunning color, but if you are thinking of black-I saw a Midnight Blue turbo with black interior and blue stitching with carbon fiber that was absolutely incredible. I almost traded in my C4S. Another different consideration is Orient Red. I love my car and the deep wine metallic color gets nothing but raves!

POST 16Original post

I have always like the nice contrast of int and ext. Polar silver over blue seal grey over red/blue cobalt blue over oxblood/darkish red iris blue over cinnamon Jason

My order is as follows: '03 TT Cobalt/Black Supple Stainless exhaust tips 6-disk CD changer Driver Lumbar support Floor mats Hope for delievery sometime Feb/March. Thanks you all!!!
