Just noticed this on the Porsche USA site: "To open the hood, simply push the button on the centre console. As the side windows descend, the hood compartment opens to receive the folding roof mechanism. The whole process is completely automatic and takes just 20 seconds to complete. My 02 C4 Cab top will not work unless the parking brake is on. I always wondered if the mechanism could work while moving...

There is a mod for 99-02 Cabs that will allow you to put the top up/down while moving. I believe less than 25mph was advertised. I don't recall the company but I think I saw the advert in Excellence. Also as I mentioned previously Sharworks has a mod that allows one touch up/down, but only while the parking brake is on. I've installed this mod and am quite happy with it.
