I have no affiliation with them Porsche Center San Antonio, TX. Today I saw new, 2002 for sale: C4S, arctic silver/Boxster Red. Yes, RED leather interior. Was a $500 option and the guy backed out. 2 C4 Cabs: Black/black and Black/Cinnamon (kind of an organgish... again ) 2 C2 Coupes: Red/black and Black/Black. I'm sure they'd cut some off the sticker to sell them, if any of you are looking! urb
Urbanski, Thanks for the heads up on these - the C4S in particular is interesting, although BR... Take it by the that your enthusiasm for the colour combination is shall we say muted? Any further comments?
Yeah...In my humble opinion the BR interior looked horrid! But somebody will find it attractive and ****** the car up.....despite it also having the expensive nav system and the carbon fiber package... The cinnamon leather Cab was, well.....just as bad.
I actually ordered a 2002 Turbo in Arctic silver with Boxster red leather and sport seats. Nothing else. A stripie Turbo with Boxster Red.... AWFUL. The guy backed out. It sat here for over a month and we are sold out of Turbos for a year. Another awful one was the Yellow Boxster S with Nephrite Green full leather....Thankfully the guy liked it and took it home. We had a gentleman come in to trade his Boxster S, Yellow/Metropol Blue, luckly we did not have what he wanted....
With the economy where its at, and 03 models almost in, you can bet there are going to be a lot of good dealer deals on 02's. Expect to see a lot more being advertised on eBay in the next two months. Regards.
