Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The car, 996 C2, 2000 sat for about two weeks and now I cannot lift the handle for the trunk release. I would read the owners manual for assistance if it weren't in the trunk . Anyone have any suggestions? It seems as though it is securely locked from opening, not just a binding cable.

POST 2Original post

Try locking then unlocking the car with the key. Keyless entry resets after 5 days of non-use. It may work.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Palting Thanks so much, I did it, it did it! Too many cars to remember how to work them all. Just another dumbass attack
