A windscreen came with the advanced technic package on my 02Cab. Never used it until yesterday, sunny and only 50deg. Broke 100mph with it on and there was absolutely NO turbulence in the cockpit. Don't know if you can get it as a separate option, but IMHO it's well worth it. No turbulence = no problem for hairdooos.

I agree. At first I thought it was a waste. It takes up 1/4 of the trunk space. But at high speed it really reduces wind noise and buffeting. The benefit is progressive as your speed increases.
Bought mine from the local P. dealer to fit my 00 C4 Cab Tip. Not inexpensive, but worth it. I just leave mine in place and fold town the verticle screen when not in use. After all it is not as if the rear seats are usefull for aything other than an odd shaped storage compartment anyway.
Ummmmmmm! Children = Odd Shaped Storage Some parents are not gonna be impressed. Tee Hee.
