Got my new transmission put in the other day. Sort of like getting a new car again. Seems to be working fine. The dealer really reminded me of the old John Belushi SNL skits when he was 'Samurai Optician' and the like. Whenever something would go wrong he would whip out his sword and begin to commit hara-kiri until the customer stopped him. I really felt that my dealer was going to do that, he felt so bad about my transmission. I had to console him more than he consoled me! Never seen so many people bow so deeply for so long. I just wanted to share that funny thought and thank everyone who gave me advice about my problems. Guess I have to buy a digital camera and post pics of my Porsche here in Japan. Cheers, John <img src="graemlins/jumper.gif" border="0" alt="[jumper]" />

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Now that is customer service. Instead of the usual comments such as "Not Covered Under Warrenty", "Warrenty Voided because you drove too fast", "etc etc". Only if i can get that kinda service from the states.
