Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

15 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

I couldn't think of a better subject to test it out than the C4S after a quick wash!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I wanted to take a step up from a compact digital, but I didn't want a full blown, full size SLR. I went for one in a category known as a "bridge" camera in the ultra-zoom class. It's a Panasonic DMC-FZ28. It's 10.1 Mega Pixels. It has a Leica lens with a range of 27mm - 486mm. The optical zoom is 18x. So far, so good. It also takes HD video with sound, but I haven't tried that yet.

haha... maybe this weekend I'll try that out... a nice video of me washing the car... again...

POST 8Original post

Nice landscaping... count on the guy from NYC to notice.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I can't take credit for that - the landscaping in the background belongs to my neighbor. I think I took a photo from the other side that looks back onto my property too - I'll have to look for that when I get home tonight. Unfortunately, my landscaping isn't as impressive.

We had a thread with the poster's wife posing on his Pcar. It was the post of the year.

POST 13Original post

Nice shots. Panasonic has some nice product out, right now. My wife just picked up their new point and shoot (don't have the model number handy), and our daughter has one, too.

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The Leica lens was one of the things that made me purchase this camera. I had a smaller Pentax digital, and the lens was so small that it struggled in low light. I wanted one with a high quality lens, and so far I'm very happy with it.
