Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Where in Charlotte are you and how far are you willing to drive? There are a couple of choices but not too many that I'm aware of within city limits except for Hendrick.
As Fernando points out, the favored ones are in Denver our out closer to Monroe. I haven't had mine long enough yet, but plan on taking to Eurowise off Woodlawn and Old Pineville. They have taken care of my VW and BMW's. There are usually a few exotics being worked on, and I know they have done at least several IMS jobs.
Just over the border into SC in Fort Mill. Could go anywhere really. Thanks for the help. jd
Exclusive Motorwerks in Denver. They work on all our Porsches (see signature). Call Lou [phone removed]
Wow, Bob, that's good enough for me...thanks!
I personally go to Hendrick because it's convenient to my office. Sure it's a dealer and can sometimes be more expensive but the service department is top notch and I've only had good experiences there. I used to go to Eurowerks in Monroe but for me it ended up being quite a drive. They're pretty good too. I'll consider Exclusive that Bob mentioned since my dog's vet is in Denver, NC but so far the dealer has been working out for me. It's my understanding you can't go wrong with any of these choices - it's just whatever is most convenient for you and whoever you get along with the most.
