Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Has anyone experienced the Logic 7 stereo which BMW & Range Rover pride themselves in calling their upgraded stereo option? I've now had 2 cars with this POS stereo....you can't turn the bass down low enough.....everything sounds like some low-rider in the hood beating you to death with BOOMING bottom which makes the system virtually un-listenable. Does anyone have a serious solution for this? I'm talking about 70k-80k cars with a soundsystem that's worth nothing......when I had a Range Rover ('03), I took it to the dealer, thinking there was something wrong w/the head unit....they put me in another car, and it was exactly the same. Any ideas?????
