Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

In the process it was confirmed that I do have a leak in my coolant tank but I digress. Kent, over at Tischer Porshce, installed my Evoms V Flow intake and Flashed my ECU(or whatever porshce folks call the car computer). The process began around 10:45am this morning and was completed at 1:45. It would have been about 1 hr shorter but my K40 Radar wires were in the way, so he had to remove the rear bumper to unhook the rear detector unit. The sound is loud at WOT as are all conical K&N style intakes. The ride, I can't really confirm by my butt dyno but the car did jump into second as if it actually wanted to chirp into second gear.. I was a little surprised about that. Though I live 30 miles away from the dealership, there were no real opportunities to open her up since traffic toward the Woodrow Wilson bridge had already began to accumulate. I tried to shoot down the BW PKWY/295S but it was pretty congested too. I'll have to wait until tonight to ride down 210 when the temperature drops(a few times today my gauge read 102 degrees). Until then...
