Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I contacted these guys weeks ago looking for a fore/aft/height adjustment seat switch ****. They told me they could get me one and would get me a price. I emailed and called back twice but they seem to be too busy to get me a price on this part. I know it is a small part and not worth a lot but for the sake of getting a satisfied customer that will come back I don't understand their actions. This is totally opposite of my experience with Parts Heaven but unfortunately they don't have the part I need. Does anyone know how to get through to these guys? Does anyone have any other suggestions of good dismantlers that may have this part?

POST 2Original post

Call and specifically ask for Rob - the owner. Tell him exactly what happened and he will fix it. Good guys. Just overwhelemed at times. At at track event last month he told me they get 2-5 inquiries a day about usded M96 engines. Scary.
