Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yesterday was the anniversary of Senna's death. This short segment on Top Gear is one of the best summaries of his career. Especially love the end when Lewis Hamilton takes Senna's car on a spin. I had no idea the older F1 cars had 450HP more power than today's cars You Tube

POST 2Original post

Was lucky to see him flat out at SPA in 93. No doubt the best driver of all time.

POST 3Original post

Theres a documentary chronicling his life on Netflix streaming at the moment, I cant remember what its called but it was in the 'recently added' section a couple of weeks ago...

Believe it or not it's called "Senna". Awesome movie of an awesome driver.

POST 5Original post

Yes, I saw the documentary quite a while ago, and also the TopGear clip. Indeed, one of the best racing drivers ever Handling 1000+hp in a car (kart) with not-so-sophisticated aerodynamics and minimal electronic-aids is itself a very big feat, let alone winning races. By the time I grew up and began following Formula One, he was gone..

POST 6Original post

Awesome video, awesome racer. I saw him in Canada in 91, the best ever.

POST 7Original post

Wonderful video. Everyone knew Senna's name, even if you were not a race fan. True greatness.

POST 8Original post

The Top Gear tribute is great, the film Senna is even better. A true champion and competitor.

POST 9Original post

Great top gear acknowledgment to one of, if not the best racing car driver of all time.

POST 10Original post

I have a book that was given to me by my ex who lived in Portugal. The book is called "Driving to Perfection" it kind of chronicles Sennas racing career. Never knew who he was until I met her father who thought that he was holier than Schumacher!!

POST 11Original post

If you haven't seen Senna yet, watch it. It's the best documentary I've ever seen, and not because I'm a huge F1 fan, but because it just so well done. It's as if they filmed things knowing 20 years later they'd use it in a documentary. He was incredible!
