Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Hard to tell from a picture. But it looks like a heat tab that alot of salvage yards use. When they sell a used or reman engine the put these on the engine and cylinder heads. That way if someone tries to claim a engine failure under warranty these tabs will show if the engine has been over heated. If the tab is melted, typically they dont warranty. here is an example of them.

Very interesting.
Looks like a used wad o chew'n terbacci some mechanic left behind. Either that or a super secret squirrel speed option installed at Area 51! Seriously when/if confirmed let us know cause that is weird.
Maybe it’s a tracking device have there been a lot of “delivery” vans parked by your house?
