Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have the spoiler pictured in the avatar with the third brake light. Does anyone have any idea what the part number for these bulbs is? Searched all over the place for it. No idea.

POST 2Original post

Do you know the part number of your spoiler? Is it OEM or aftermarket?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I am 90% sure it is OEM but I don't have the part number. Suncoast just told me they have the bulb: https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/90063101990.html The actual bulb is smaller than a Christmas tree light. so I am not convinced that the one listed by the nice folks over at Suncoast is the correct one. There are 7 bulbs in a ~14inch light fixture.

POST 4Original post

Post a full rez picture and that will help to identify it.

POST 5Original post

Here is the bulb for the "Carrera" rear spoiler third brake light: http://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU996TBLBULB.html Sorry, no photos yet. But they are available to order.

"Here is the bulb for the "Carrera" rear spoiler third brake light: http://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU996TBLBULB.html Sorry, no photos yet. But they are available to order." SuncoastParts: Your link list the bulb for a 99-01 Carrera. Still a fit on an 02 Cab?

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Here is the picture of the bulb with a penny for scale. There is no identifying writing on the bulb and it is very small.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Mystery solved. The replacement bulb is a Sylvania 2723. $4.95 a pair from AutoZone.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
