I just read this article and feel like it is mostly wrong. There are some facts but mostly sounds like a biased view. 996 is a good purchase for many people especially if you can do intermediate lever repairs. I wonder if the author ever drove a 996. Btw, I get compliments on my car every other time I drive it, gas stations, random parking lots etc. https://www.roadandtrack.com/car-culture/buying-maintenance/a9982953/why-the-996-generation-porsche-911-will-never-be-collectible/

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.
