Can anyone tell me how much a case weighs? Is either side heavier than the other? Thinking about a cool Porsche Man Cave wall decoration, but wanted to know the weight before I started looking for a cheap case half.

Awesome, thanks! Now I just need to find a cheap case half on eBay. I’ll probably get a Boxster case half. They’re pretty cheap. I’ll nab some pistons to drop in it just because it would look cool. I already have a Boxster hood that I’m going to hang as soon as I wrap it and add some numbers. A half an engine sticking “out of the wall” will look cool. My “art” is cheaper that 5he art in the living room. ...I’d rather look at Porsche innerds. :-)

I just found one locally(or almost local...65 miles away) that I can get for free. It’s not reusable due to a cracked piston. This will be some cool cheap artwork I think. I just need some pistons. I have a spare set of 3.6l pistons, but they aren’t going to fit, plus they’re too nice. They’re usable.
If that one falls through, I have a sweet double D-chunk one I would give you for the price of shipping.
