Would you guys be interested in a one-touch button to put the top up or down? I know there are some products already out there like this but the least expensive one is around $150. The only function of this product would be to able to press the Top-Up or Top-Down button once and have the top do it's thing. No operation while moving ( you can do that with the pin 18 mid if you really want to). It would be for the 996 Cab and 986. So the question is: Would you buy this, and if so, how much would you like to pay for it?

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

well the problem with one touch up / down is that sometimes you'd need to put the cab in a service position which is mid way through the cycle...if it accomodated that and didn't mess up the synchronization, I'd pay $30-$50
The reason I purchased the Smarttop module was to have 1 touch control and the ability to raise and lower the top while driving. Very convenient and well made product. If you can offer the same functions a little cheaper you might have a winner. If all you have is the one touch option you probably have to go pretty cheap to compete.
The Smarttop allows "Pushing either button while the top is moving stops operation at once." This would solve the concern for "service position"
