Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi Has anyone ever heard of the A/C line part #99657309603 coming out of a 2004 cab. This line was pulled from my car but nowhere is it a match for my car. I bought part number 99657309602 to replace and my local shop is telling me its not the right part? They say to buy 99657309603 which now is superseded to part number 99657309605- this part lists as NOT a match for my car but was pulled out of it- Is this common? Thanks for the help Anthony

The 99657309602 was superseded twice ... -03 to 05. So, any of the three versions will work for its application or position in the car. However, this line appears to be an all metal line and not prone to leakage or breakage like a rubber line. Adjacent to the 99657309602 is another refrigerant line pn 99657309507. You may want your shop to verify which line you need. Look at the parts Schematic Griffiths AC
