Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can you guys tell me the difference? Is the 10 just a newer version? Is one better than the other? They both look to be about $2500 new so there is not much of a price difference. Why would someone by one vs. the other? Thanks for your help. My application would be DE. Thanks.

POST 2Original post

10 is Updated and Newer... 9 is being Phased out.. get 10... But for DE i would go with H&R... PSS is more Comfort

POST 3Original post

I can speak from experience with both. The new PSS10's are FAR superior to the old PSS9's. They're lighter (aluminum bodies IIRC), adjust with more firmness, and feel like a much more expensive damper. PSS9's on the other hand, get squirmy (weak) during a 30 minute on-track session, and simply don't respond nearly as well as the PSS10's. No brainer for the same dollars....
