A pole jumped right into my blind spot as I was maneuvering into a parking space. The guy at the Porsche Dealer's body shop claims the 40th rear bumper costs more than the C2 rear bumper. Is there a difference or is the guy trying to hose me? I feel like I'm being played.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Painted bumperettes? That should be a $500 difference (LOL).
How much does Eric at Bumperplugs charge to paint the bumperettes? Get a regular bumper and have Eric paint the bumperettes.
His website says $245 and up. Give Eric a PM or email to get an exact quote. (He did the rear bumperettes on my Lapis Blue 996TT a while back; excellent work). He also did a non smoker's kit, painted Lapis to match the factory painted console, spot on match.
