Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've got my car torn apart for a short shifter install and it got me thinking about doing a console delete. I think I could live without the storage, and I like the look of the console delete. Has anyone here done it themselves? Was it pretty easy?

POST 2Original post

Lots of little hidden screws. Takes a few hours if you haven't done it before. Big improvement in the interior and yields more legroom; very clean and well worth the few bucks spent.

POST 3Original post

medium difficulty, but well worth it, especially if you are taller than 6 feet, i still have printed install directions hiding around my house if you need them.

POST 4Original post

Easy DIY. A must for taller drivers. Makes the cockpit much more open, more comfortable, roomier.
