Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

When you remove the head unit from an '03 996, and install a PCM2, you have to buy several trim pieces. Almost every car I've seen is trimmed out in black(batwing, storage bin, temp control, head unit).....has anyone got some pictures of alternatives (alum., carbon fib, or other colors)?

POST 2Original post

We do these parts in alumalook, body color and various other finishes. Email me anytime: [email removed]

POST 3Original post

Hey Eric can you guys do the PCM 2 Screen to match the alum look option from the factory?

POST 4Original post

rich - so are you going with the OEM PCM2? If so, I'll let you know how my install goes - planning on doing it, the ROW M030 and retrofitting the CDC-4 this weekend..............finally a weekend of relaxation

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Man, I've gone back and forth about this issue, trying to decide if I should yank the whole system, and go for the new pioneer, or go PCM2....I think I'm going for the OEM look, and least hassle....there are so many other things I want to spend $$ on for this car, and it'll be cheaper this way....I have business in Roanoke next Saturday, and the used PCM2 is in Va., so I'm going have the dealer there do the install....that way, I see it work, and if it doesn't work, I don't pay for it. good luck w/your install!!!!! richard
