sure, if you have cash you can do anything until you get to the point where the upgrades exceed the cost of a new car altogether!

If you want it to look like a 2004 GT3, you'll need the following: 1- 2002 and up front fenders 2- 2002 and up headlights 3- 2002 and up rear bumper (standard 996) and the exhaust tips to fit it 4- 2004 GT3 or Aero kit front bumper cover 5- 2003 and up side skirts (flared rockers) 6- 2004 GT3 decklid/wing 7- do something about removing your sunroof (GT3 does not have one) 8- all the other GT3 specific parts (brakes, suspension, engine, tranny, etc. but I assume you meant making your 1999 look like a GT3) Why not get the generation 1 Aero kit (like the 1999 GT3)? That would be much simpler for you since you would only need th front bumper (with your stock headlights), side skirts for a 1999 through 2001 and the rear decklid/wing.

the Aerokit 1 is just as pretty if not prettier im my opinion, save yourself 20 grand and get that instead.
