ok guys, here's the story... That's autocross uae (dubai but not dubai, another city called Ajman).. Got the word from ashraf (996-USA), second from left while i am at the farthest left... fadi (3rd from left - C4S pictured) and Khaled (in national dress, first left C4 '03) and his brother on the far right.. the little one is my son.. It was like a huge parking area where they've planted cones all over to form a track.. quite succesful but u wouldnt be pleased to know the GT3 didnt come out first.. the track is too short for supercars,, instead the modded civics and evo's were the champions there.. Waz, Thnaks fo posting the pics. It was a fun day and they are doing another one on the 17th I think. I will double check and let you know. I am still in Dubai and will be getting in touch soon. I want to go to the F1 go karting track, it is suppposed to be awesome. Let me know when you are free. Ashraf PS. I miss my car, but I may be near closing a deal which will allow me to relocate and bring it accross.

Guys, The championship final is on the 17th this month (same place at around 14.00) and I'm currently tied in 1st place for the championship. My rival drives a Mitsubishi Evo 7 so I have purchased a set of Dunlop D01J R-compound tyres for this event so let's hope that helps to get the power down. To excuse myself for not taking 1st, I had only driven the car in the pictures for 10 days prior to the Autocross and it is shood with new Pirelli Corsas, so it was a beast to drive. Winner in SuperStock category was a BMW M Roadster just 0.3 seconds faster than me in the GT3. In comparison to my purposly set-up 964 C4, the GT3 was a totally diferent experience but I'm sure I'll get used to it. The GT3 will actually perform at it's full capacity once the Autodrome opens up 2nd quarter 2004. Ciao, Johannes E.
