Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can someone confirm which connectors belong to which bank? Here is a picture of the connectors located roughly in the center of the engine bay near the lock/latch: Do these connectors belong to bank 1 or bank 2? I took a look through the manual and can't seem to find the answer. Thanks, Shawn

POST 2Original post

Those are for the sensors on the left (driver's side) of the exhaust. The connections for the right side of the exhaust are all the way to the right part of the engine compartment. At least that's how it was for my 2002 model.

Thanks, I understand where the wires go. What I'm not sure of is which side is considered "Bank 1" and "Bank 2" relative to ECU error codes. -S.

Ah, I see. Well in that case the driver's side is bank 1 and passenger is bank 2.

Thanks, I appreciate the confirmation! -Shawn
