I think I'm getting rid of my 928 and getting a 996. I found a nice one with side skirts and froont air dam. I know that the front air dam is aftermarket, but do the side skirts look OM?

And what rear wing would go with this car?
congrats and welcome, the add-ons look ok, but how's the rest of the car? If the price is right, you'll pry do a few mods in the process.... I think a nice Misha (or MAShaw) or GT2 wing since that's what the front bumper's theme is . side skirts don't look OEM, but I could be wrong.
Looks good, nose looks to be GT-2 look. Looks like MKI Aero skirts
Is MKI a cheap add on? This car has 52,600 miles and they want 24 grand. Thoughts???
No. MK1 aero were not cheap add on and were appropriate for MY 99 and MY 00. What year is the 996 in your pics? Was recently in Avalon, Stone Harbor for a wedding.
It's a 2003. Really nice shape but the front air dam is a little beat up at the bottom. Looks like someone couldn't tell how close the curb was.
MKII with MKI areo skirts not correct, but still looks OK.

2002 Mk II had the MK I skirts as a FACTORY option.

Matk G aerokit is the way Porsche meant it to look.... the gt3 ironing board wing is the correct wing for the car, but the side skirts will not work with it.... and that gt2 style nose will even scream confused (just my .02). To tell if the skirts are oem.... reach at the bottom of the skirts, if they are held on by brackets and screws alll along the skirts, they are oem. The tope of the skirts are held on by 3m sticky tape.
24grand is bloody cheap in Singapore terms. hahaha I got my 2000 porsche carrera 4 for 150k Sing dollars which is about $116US
What do you guy's think of the look? Is it awkward? Does the GT2 nose look stupid? Should I get a new nose? For 24 grand with 51,000 miles, 3 owner and clean CarFax car I can't go wrong...I guess I can actually...
If I keep the skirts and the nose, what rear spoiler works? Also the wheels are wrong aren't they. Shouldn't they be Turbo Twists?
I'd keep the front and side skirts then add this GT2 style wing from Precision Porsche http://www.precisionporsche.com/GT2KITDRPRIMER2.jpg Also, those wheel are correct but will look small with that front bumper and a wing. I'd look for a nice set of 19's
