Boardwalk is good - ask for John Gladwill if possible. I agree that Ruf is also exceptional. Both north Dallas (Ruf is in Addison, and Boardwalk a little further north than that). -td

Thanks for the recommendations.. Had a long talk with Boardwalk today and they seem capable and will thrown in the recall letter for me too.
