Hi folks, Need some help please on my first 996 (my pristine 964 was recently stolen, and is probably in Russia by now). Can anyone please explain the difference in hours between what is shown under Range 1 and the number shown under Operating Hours Counter? There is a very slight difference (0.7 hrs) on the car I'm considering. BTW, it shows 699 ignitions under range 1. Is that the total number of engine starts, or something else? There are no Range 2 ignitions (a good thing, from what I understand). The RMS has not been replaced. The car comes with 4 years of warranty left (2 original plus 2 extended). Anything I need to be concerned about? Thanks in advance, Marc

Range 1 is that it hit the rev limiter It's not a problem. Range 2 is mechanical over revs
