Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

The install was really easy with the aid of the B&M instructions. The only question I have is I didn't have any cable clips on the shifter cables. I assume these are necessary but I have driven over 5k miles at least without the clips and who knows how long previous owners have. My guess is these are to ensure the cables don't slip out from the shifter mount. I'm going to order some if I can from Pelican parts. It is just strange my car didn't have them. Matt

I'm looking forward to put my in some time, when it gets as nice as San Jose temperature!
