These are very rare cars, incredibly hard to find. At any one time you will probably only find 300-500 for sale (OK maybe 1,000 or so).

Search for LVDell's 996 cab sale ad a few pages down on this forum. It's in the Southeast and your be hard pressed to find a better cared for 996.
