Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I noticed some moisture in the carpet under the rear seats and in the carpet on the floor in the rear passenger area of my '99 cab. I suspect that the channels that carry away rainwater may be blocked, causing some of the water to be diverted into the passenger area. I suppose it is possible that the windows are not properly sealing, but when I wash the car and when I drive in the rain, I do not notice any water around the windows or doors. So I don't think this is the problem. I've looked at the rain gutter at the base of the top and found four rectangular slots. I poured water into these and it did drip out the bottom of the car, in front of the rear wheels. Does anyone know of a maintenance procedure for checking and resolving this problem? Thanks for any assistance.
