I have owned several Porsches in my time and mostly have had positive experiences. But had an interesting encounter last weekend. A group of us were coming out of a club (something like 3am) and some random comes up asking for a cigarette, none of us smoke, and so he makes small talk about his problems and what not and goes on his way and we all leave on good terms. We call it a night and I make my way back to my car, following this Jockey down the street to where my car is. As he approaches it, he starts going mental yelling at my car, bloody Porsche crap blah blah blah, it went on for some time, he never tried to damage it or anything, I approach, open the drivers door, and hear a "Ahhhhh Oooooooooo" from him as I close the door and drive off... It does make me wonder what else happens to my car when I am not around to see it!

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

Was it 996 specific hatred or hatred of Porsche in general. Maybe it's the former and the guy was a CPA PCA member there on vacation. LOL Anyway you look at it, definitely a **** Jockey!!! Glad to hear that he didn't damage your car.
In some ways I was hoping he would damage it... you know that fantasy you have of catching a guy messing with your car. Now you mention it he did have a shirt on with every 911 ever made, except the 996 was missing lol
