Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

OUCH! Sorry to hear that!
Uggh, I am in the middle of an IRS Audit right now too. It is horrible. It never leaves your thoughts 24/7. I have cleared 10 out of 11 things they wanted to "examine," but myy accountant is so busy filing all of the returns that were on extension before 10/15 that he cannot see her and it is making her PI$$ED. Best of luck to you (and me for that matter.)
Joe, sorry to hear about your news. This is a 20 year old deficit in payment that I thought was taken care of by an accountant. I have never been notified again and now they levied my account for enough money to buy an early 996 for a $1600original amount. And Wachovia released the money without the proper court order, they were supposed to hold it. If any of you have money in Wachovia I would get it out, they have no idea what they are doing, my branch manager told us the funds are on hold as they should be but then she checked and the are GONE. I geuss they are too busy deciding who will buy them.
yuck, that sounds horrible. Isn't there a statute of limitations on how far they can go back??
For the IRS it is 10 yrs. States make their own rules. I have not yet gotten an answer about what it is for NJ. Or, what it was at the time of the alledged deficit.
