Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hey guys, I've been on the fence about selling my C4S for the past year. New gig has me driving company cars. Rather than sell, I wanted to just keep it but we all know it's not a car to be kept indoors Miles: 14,100 Exterior: Guards Red Interior: Black Options: 288 Headlight washer 424 Automatic heating control 446 Wheel Caps with coloured Porsche crest 18 inch wheels only 513 Lumbar support - right seat 586 Lumbar support left seat 601 Litronic Headlights (non turbo) 680 Digital Sound Package (Turbo) XNG - Lower part of instrument panel covered with leather XNN - Center air vents carrier, carrier for heater controls/frame of air condition and switch covers left and right covered with leather (color of interior) XNU - Trim molding (groove) for the upper dashboard covered with leather (color of interior) XSC - Porsche Crest Embossed in Headrest XJ4 - Interior color leather iginiton key rosette in leather After sales: XLF - Porsche Sport Exhaust I've lowered the price to $49,500 OBO. However, this will only be good until next weekend as it is likely that the car will be traded in. The car is also Porsche Certified Pre-Owned and the expiration of pre-owned warranty is 5/30/08. I've put up an ad at cars.com: Carrera 4S on cars.com Here are some pics:

You better get behind the fence my friend. 1: it seems that you're not a member on this board, so don't try to sell anything. 2: n/a '02 for $55k, you get an '05 997 for that money. People on this board recently got '02 C4S for the low to mid 40s. Anyhow good luck with the sale on cars.com.

POST 3Original post

I think it's realistic for this guy to get $49-51K for his car. It's got much better options than the others that were listed with much less miles. Let's not pounce on him for perhaps not understanding forum rules. At ease, fellas.

POST 4Original post

Let it be realistic that he gets a membership, then he can talk about the merits of his car.

+1 with Ben. While I grabbed one cheap....it has gone down as one of the best deals seen on Rennlist.....certainly not the norm. With almost a year of CPO left...this car should get close to asking. Super low mileage, but CPO so any issues would be seen if driven regularly. I have put 2K miles on my car in 6 weeks....LOVE IT. J

hwk72, Sorry but I was a member. Didn't catch the fact that I was no longer. That will change in a sec.

POST 7Original post

I enjoyed the artsy pictures of your car. Good luck with the sale!

POST 8Original post

FWIW, I have a company car that's a daily driver and 2 Bimmers, but I still have my C4S. Hang on to it if you really like it.

POST 10Original post

How 'bout some interior pix when you get a chance? I'm interested in seeing those leather options....didn't even recognize some of them on your list. Thanks, J

POST 11 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
