Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 2Original post

Well which one do you like, I dont have to drive it, but you do so I say buy what you want , and not worry about what others think. I went with AS with black int.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 6Original post

Is the Seal Grey a C4? As for the beige interior, is it a personal thing but for me......YACK!

POST 8 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

it is c4. so u don't like light color interior?

POST 9Original post

Grey/Beige doesn't do it for me (personally). Then again, I am partial to Arctic Silver/Black! What counts is YOUR likes/dislikes!

POST 10Original post

Its not that, beige looks great with black exterior......or red But gray???

POST 11Original post

Unless the calibration on my monitor is way off (I doubt it) the interior on that Seal Gray car in your photos is Graphite Gray, not beige.

POST 12 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

sorry i am not very good on colors,. this is the option tag. can u see it's beige, or grey?

POST 14Original post

If those 2 links are to the same car and not the 2 he is talking about then it could be graph grey. That interior shot IS graphite grey.

POST 16 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

oops/ http://www.justbeamer.com/~vantagemo...53356-30sm.jpg

POST 19Original post

That's what I thought. Pictures don't lie. 6B4 = Seal Gray Metallic CY = Graphite Gray Leather Seats

POST 20Original post

Absolutely correct! Interior Designators is "C" for graphite grey and Beige would have been "S" and Natural Brown would have been a "T" That sticker is a Seal Ghey exterior and Graphite Grey Interior!

POST 21 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

so you change your mind from silver/blank to grey/grey?

POST 25Original post

That's why we got Graphite Grey in our Cab. The next car we add to the stable in the spring will be a coupe (not sure which model yet) but I do know that I have it narrowed down to black for all exterior colors and terracotta if I order a new white one.

POST 26 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

how is the G. Grey hold up in your cab.? better or worse than black?

POST 27Original post

I am probably not a good example since the car is garaged at home and garaged at work. Only sun it sees is when we are driving or parked at business establishment and the top is always up in that instance. I have the full leather interior and it still looks new (other than the drivers side bolster). I take really good care of the interior as well.

POST 28 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

me the same. it's a good weather car after all. would u mind post a pic. of your driver seat?

POST 29Original post

The worn down bolster? Don't have a pic handy of that. I do have an interior pic in general. (attached)

POST 30 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

great condition! wish i could keep the same when i get mine.

POST 31Original post

I stay away from any light colored interiors. All you need is spending some time with a new pair of blue jeans in your car and you will never get the bluish sheen of a light colored seat. Also, if you have young kids, who will spill whatever they have, or leave a dove bar sitting on the seat in the hot sun, you'll be thankfull that you have a black interior. It's a lot easier to make something blacker again (shoe polish, sharpie) than lighter. And good luck trying to get a small kid in your car w/o creating a mess or disassembling half the rear (or adding stickers). The good side is that there is always food to be found in case of an emergency.

POST 32Original post

My car is 5 years old and I have the orignial seats and there is NO sheen that you are referring to. This is the whole reason they make laether cleaner and conditioner. If you take care of it, then it will look great for many years to come. Wow! You really worry alot. Not any way to go through life. Relax and enjoy the car.

POST 33 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

thank for reminding me that i have 2 small kids. i will go with the blank one then.

POST 34Original post

Go with what looks best to you. Remember, leather is the easiest surface to clean. Now cloth is a whole 'nother story.
