Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

19 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

...and there really isn't a substitute!

POST 2Original post

Sign looks good.....a few more and you have the plywood covered.

POST 3Original post

Niiiiiiice...... I've wanted to put a GSX-R sticker on my rear window but figure it would flip the switch on a motorcycle policeman out looking for fun sticking it to people.

POST 4Original post

Nice sign. Did you have it custom made? BTW, why does your car say "Camaro" in red on the rear deck lid?

POST 5Original post

Must be a kit car. Guns aren't allowed in here right?

Easy Pete, it's the only part of the house I have to myself and my cigar smoke!

Your joking right?

He probably has his garage decorated in pink chiffon. Or maybe carbon fiber. Maybe pink carbon fiber?

POST 10Original post

Did you paint your tail lights completely red?? If so, could you post side & rear pics that show them better? I thought about doing this along time ago after seeing the 997s that came with them as an option, & even posted a thread requesting pics of 996s like that, but I never ended up doing it...

POST 11Original post

I think it's simply an early '99 with amber on top.... Dig the sign, when did Porsche come up that phrase anyway?

POST 12Original post

Ouch.....my garage walls are white thank you very much. Previous owner of the house painted them......I would have left it plain drywall and put pink carbon signs on the walls.

Ok....you had me at cigar. That's the same place I smoke mine too! And your welcome on the laugh at my expense. The cop spelled it just like your badge....c-a-m-e-r-o

Looks nice, but your Porsche Camero looks even better.

I think it's the way the flash went off - they're factory era 99 as Farhrer pointed out. The sign was off eBay from a guy in Montreal.

POST 16Original post

hope he wrote "camero" on the ticket....could be a gift to having the ticket erased on a technicality....!

POST 17 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Markman: I was thinking that as well. 'Your Honer, the officer seems to have stopped an American made, General Motors vehicle - model type: Camero. My client here drives a foreign made car, manufactured in Germany by Porsche AG, model type 911 - says so right here on his ownership slip. I further submit State produced ownership records for my client that will show that no one in his household owning a Camero now or anytime in the past. I move for dismissal on the grounds of misidentification of the vehicle type which goes to the credibility and accuracy of all other details pertaining to this violation. Perhaps the officer was confused about which car he needed to pull over...'

POST 18Original post

Hey dudes......the ticket is erased due to a mutual friend (Sheriff) as of this afternoon. WHOOOOPEEEE!
